1. Definitions & Interpretation

“You” / “Customer” / “User” means any person or entity accessing or using the Site or placing an order.
“Products” means the watches and related accessories offered for sale on the Site.
“Order” means your request to purchase one or more Products from us via the Site.
“Services” refers to all services provided through or in connection with the Site, including order processing, shipping, customer support, etc.
“Content” means all information, text, images, logos, videos, and other materials on the Site.

2. Eligibility & Account

You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction (typically 18+), or you have parental/guardian consent, and you have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.
To place an order, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (username, password). Any activity using your account is your responsibility.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Use of the Site & Prohibited Activities

You agree that when using the Site you will not:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code;
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site;
Use the Site to infringe intellectual property rights of others;
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

We reserve the right to refuse or restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion if you violate these rules.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may reject or cancel an order at any time, even after receiving your payment (for example, if the product is out of stock, pricing error, or other reason).
Prices listed exclude shipping, taxes, or import duties. These additional costs (if applicable) will be presented at checkout.
We accept payment via approved methods (credit/debit cards, other payment gateways). Payment must be authorized and cleared before order fulfillment.
In case payment is declined, we will notify you and cancel the order if it’s not resolved in a timely manner.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We will ship to the address you specify. You are responsible for ensuring the address is correct.
Delivery times are estimates only. We will make reasonable efforts to ship promptly, but delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or other unforeseen events.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers to your address (or to the carrier upon pickup, depending on shipping terms).
You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges in your country.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return Process: Contact our support with your order number and reason for return. You will be instructed how and where to send the item.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval/denial of refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 working days.
Exchanges / Replacements: Where applicable, you may request an exchange (subject to stock availability) at your cost.
Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping costs are your responsibility.
We may refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Products may come with manufacturer warranties; you should consult the warranty documentation for each product.
Every Pre-Owned watch sold or repaired by WatchMaestro will be covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase (exclusions apply, such as Vintage watches).
We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties that may arise from usage or trade practice.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, business interruption) arising from your use or inability to use the Site or Products, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability (and that of our affiliates) for any claim relating to the Site, Products, or Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in connection with the relevant transaction (or a fixed lesser amount if law requires).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, designs, software) is owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may use the Site and view content for your personal and non-commercial use. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial use without our prior written permission is prohibited.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and modify them.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by us.
We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, practices, privacy, or policies of third parties.

We may run promotions, discounts, coupon codes, or campaigns from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms (e.g. validity period, eligible products, minimum spend).
If a discount is found to be invalid (e.g. due to error), we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.

11. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them (or your use of the Site) are governed by the laws of the UAE, excluding conflict of law rules.
You agree that any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved informally via contacting us.
If unresolved, disputes may be brought in the courts of the UAE, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision in these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as severed, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms at any time (for example, as our business evolves).
The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect when changes were made.
Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If you disagree with any change, you must stop using the Site and cancel your account.

13. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will not invalidate the entire agreement; the remainder will continue in effect.
No waiver by us of any right or breach shall constitute a waiver of any other right or subsequent breach.
