Prices of All Rolex Models to Increase in 2025
As per an article published on EW Watches, the global price increase of these Rolex watches is set to take place on January 1, 2025. The website claims to have reliable information about this and even some Authorized Dealers have confirmed it. This change is understandable given the fact that gold prices alone have soared up by about 18% since the last time Rolex updated their prices. Increasing gold prices is the only reason why Rolex watch prices increased for the second time in one year in June 2024.
Price increase for Daytona models
In the article, EW Watches has shared a screenshot of what looks like an email sent by the Rolex head office to retailers across the globe. The email claims that the ex-Geneva prices of Rolex watches will increase by a certain percentage. As per the list, the platinum and steel Daytona models will increase by 1% and 3%, respectively. Two Tone Daytona models featuring yellow gold and steel will increase by 6%. Lastly, the most shocking one of all is the 14% increase in the prices of the gold Daytona models. This includes white gold, yellow gold and Everose gold models.
Price increase for other Rolex models
As for the models other than Daytona, the prices are set to increase by 1% for the steel, Rolesium, and platinum models. White Rolesor models are set to increase by 2% in 2025. A 5% increase in the retail price can be expected for the pieces in yellow and Everose Roesor and titanium. There is also a 7% price increase set for all white, yellow and rose gold models.

What Does this Mean for the Watch Community?
This definitely comes as rather bad news for the people who have set their eyes on their next Rolex watch. Even the people who are already on a wishlist for a certain watch will now have to pay more than they would have paid before. But it is good news for people who are already heavily invested in watches. So, if you have not invested in watches yet, there is still time. These models are only expected to rise in prices year on year and you should get on board as soon as possible. These watches are not just investments but something you can enjoy wearing for years and still cash out with a profit in hand or at least get back what you paid for it.
