New Rolex Watches 2025
With the Watches and Wonders starting today, Rolex had to make it big with the release of their new watches. We have already seen the leaks of the 2025 Rolex watches and it is quite surprising to see that most of those leaks came out to be true. Here’s everything you need to know about the new Rolex collection.
Rolex Land Dweller
The star of the show is undoubtedly the Land Dweller, a completely new addition to the Rolex family. This timepiece comes in 36mm and 40mm sizes, available in steel, rose gold, and platinum. The Land Dweller features a honeycomb motif dial and offers a choice between a Fluted Bezel or a Diamond-set bezel on the Rose Gold and Platinum versions. While the steel and rose gold models are exclusively available with white dials, the Platinum version boasts an Ice Blue dial configuration.
Initially, I was skeptical about the Land Dweller based on leaked images. However, now seeing the actual pictures has made me excited to check out one in person. Despite its functionality being closer to a Datejust, the starting price of AED 60,900 positions it well above the Datejust range. The standout feature is undoubtedly the bracelet, which draws inspiration from the classic Oysterquartz models.
New GMT Master II Variants
The destro Rolex GMT Master II Sprite now sports a new green dial, perfectly complementing the Black-Green bi-color ceramic bezel. However, to get the Green dial, you have to opt for the White Gold GMT Master II. This dial is what will distinguish a Steel Sprite from a White Gold Sprite. This update does confirms that the left-handed GMT is here to stay. Additionally, the Full Rose Gold version of the Rootbeer GMT Master II receives a new dial called Tiger Iron.
Oyster Perpetual Gets New Pastel Shades
Rolex continues its tradition of elegant simplicity with the Oyster Perpetual line, introducing new pastel dials. The 28mm model features an attractive new lavender dial, while the 36mm and 41mm versions receive beige and pistachio dials, respectively.
New Dial for the Ladies Datejust
The 31mm yellow gold Datejust now offers a stunning diamond-set red ombré dial. The ombré dial collection looks really nice, and this red one manages to stand out.
Tiffany Daytona Oysterflex
Rolex brings the popular Tiffany Turquoise Blue dial to the Daytona collection. Exclusively available on the Yellow Gold variant with an Oysterflex strap, this new dial definitely stands out of the rest of the Daytona collection. Just from the pictures, I am not able to say much about this dial but once I get to hold one in person, I would be able to judge it better.
Rolex has also quietly reintroduced a Green Dial on the Daytona Yellow Gold. This version is quite different from the popular John Mayer Daytona, as it now gets gold sub-dials.
New Sky Dweller Dial
The yellow gold variant of the Rolex Sky Dweller now boasts a new sunray-finish bright green dial. This green dial is quite different from the mint green dial seen on the steel version of the Sky Dweller. This one is only best complemented with yellow gold.
1908 Gets a New Settimo Bracelet
Originally released in 2023, the Rolex dress watch now features a new Settimo bracelet. This newly developed, fully polished seven-link bracelet in 18 karat yellow gold adds a decidedly dressy aesthetic to the 1908 model.
